Quick and Delicious Chicken Stuffing Casserole!

I thought I'd share one of my fave easy, quick dinner recipes. Great for Working moms who want a delicious dinner relatively fast. I've been making this for years and my whole family loves it. Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 4 Chicken breasts (or 6 tenderloins) cut up into bite size pieces 2 cups of Chicken Stuffing or use whole box and mix in. (Your preference) 1 can of Chicken broth (or use chicken bullion cubes and water) 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup 1 can of Cream of Celery soup Grated cheese as desired (Other veggies optional: corn, green beans, carrots, etc) Also optional: 1/3 cup sour cream You can either mix chicken in with mix or layer at the bottom. Also, you can either put it in the pan as is, uncooked, or fry it up to cook it a little. I always fry it up a little then put it in. Prepare the stuffing as directed and melt butter into it for flavor if desired. And if using bullion cubes, bowl water and cubes til dissolved. In other bowl, mix the 2

Frugal and FUN Family Ideas...

Lately it seems things are getting more expensive. So to have fun with our families, we have to get creative, utilize local resources, and make our own fun on our budgets. Below are some fun ideas to have a little free or cheap fun. With Spring Break and Summer Break coming, get some ideas ready for your active kids.... * Join classes, clubs, etc at your local college, library, community or recreation center, or with your children's schools or start one of your own. * Volunteer. Not only is it beneficial to the community,  it can be fun for you and your children as well. Ideas for volunteering: soup kitchens, nursing homes, cleaning up parks, local events, etc * Get to know your local town and surrounding areas.  Visit a visitor's center and explore it like you were a tourist. Charlie the Tramp Book Review and Giveaway

Image
We recently got to read the 1968 Classic, Charlie the Tramp by  Russell Hoban  and  Illustrated by Lillian Hoban.  “Tramps don’t have to learn how to chop down trees and how to roll logs and how to build dams. Tramps just tramp around and have a good time. Tramps carry sticks with little bundles tied to them. They sleep in a field when the weather is nice, and when it rains they sleep in a barn.” Charlie sets off with his bundle. But when he hears water trickling, he can’t get to sleep. Will he be able to resist the urge to make it stop? As Grandfather Beaver says, “You never know when a tramp will turn out to be a beaver.”  I love this book! I remember reading it when I was a little girl. It is a classic story that is perfect for any child. There is a strong family message that explains children should be given the chance to explore and follow their dreams. If you allow them the freedom to make their own choices and explore new things, they will tend to end up by

MADE MILLIONS FROM THE INTERNET

Ever thought about making millions from the internet? Well one guy made a cool million dollars from starting an online forum from his apartment. Well let’s meet Mr. Edward Soltan who started an online medical records forum which dedicates itself to electronic medical records otherwise known as EMR in the medical field. Mr. Edward Soltan started by putting together this forum so that it would help with the tech side of electronic medical records. Electronic medical records lets doctors’ offices keep track of a patient that comes to their office and the medical history of the patient.  Small doctor’s offices had a hard time understanding the setup of the software and hardware for the use of electronic medical records. So  The forum was a basic setup for questions and answers on problems related to EMR software setup .  Soon after Mr. Edward Soltan setup the online forum he had so many hits to the forum that the server had crashed. He had the forum back up and running within a f

Beatles Mania! Tune In and Read This!

Image
My mother and mother in law are Huge Beatles fans!  I recently had the chance to read Tune In: The Beatles - All These Years Volume 1. I was excited to read this and learn more about them. I can honestly say that I am a fan of their music and was always intrigued by the way they captivated the hearts of so many all over the world. They really were icons in music, fashion and more.  This is a pretty thick book, being over 900 pages long, but it really is easy to read quickly.  But with it being so thick, I was actually surprised to see it was only the 1st book in a trilogy about them and their music and take-over! There's so many books and medias about them. What could I possibly learn from this that I didn't learn anywhere else, but I swear I did a lot more than from any other source.  This book looks at them, not only as the Beatles, but more behind the fame. There's more information here about their personal lives and families and how they became the fab 4 t

Inspire A Difference 2016 Event in NYC

Image
I was recently selected for an awesome opportunity to go to New York City to attend the Inspire A Difference Event on October 26 th , 2016. So what is the “Inspire A Difference” event? Well, every year Glamour and InvestigationDiscovery host an event to celebrate and praise amazing people who have dedicated their lives to helping make a difference in the lives of others. This organization was formed in 2013 and has hosted a special awards ceremony annually to honor people who have spent their lives serving or are big voices behind amazing organizations.  Some of its nonprofit partners include: No More, Safe Horizon, and the National Center for Victims of Crime and the National Domestic Violence Hotline. The Inspire A Difference campaign focuses on several different but equally important issues such as: Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Victims of General Crime, Racial Injustice, Stalking, Internet Safety and cyberbullying. This year, there were three celebrit

Jazz Loves Disney! Disney's Newest Compilation of Your Fave Jazzed Up Songs!

Image
Disney just came out with a FANTASTIC new album!  Jazz <3's Disney! I don't know about you, but I grew up listening to Disney Music! I had tapes and CD's of the songs from the movies I loved and I listened to them all the time! I would literally play my tapes I had when I was a kid until they literally popped out of my player, spewing their tape all over. Then I'd cry! But then, CD's came out and I think we have at least 15 different compilations and soundtracks in my house! Then I became a mom, now with 3 children ages 11, 5, and 1, and I still listen to them almost daily!  I listen because not only are they the fun songs new and old that we've all grown to love, but they remind me of the movies I grew up watching and the movies I watch with my children. I visualize the movie and scenes in my mind and I am sure my children do as well. Sometimes they even act them out for fun. The songs also remind me of my childhood and all the fun I used to ha
