Yummy Chicken Stuffing Casserole!

Tonight I am making a delicious chicken stuffing casserole for dinner and I thought I'd share the recipe.
I've been making this for years and my whole family loves it.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
4 Chicken breasts (or 6 tenderloins) cut up into bite size pieces
2 cups of Chicken Stuffing or use whole box and mix in. (Your preference)
1 can of Chicken broth (or use chicken bullion cubes and water)
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 can of Cream of Celery soup
Grated cheese as desired
(Other veggies optional: corn, green beans, carrots, etc)
Also optional: 1/3 cup sour cream

You can either mix chicken in with mix or layer at the bottom. Also, you can either put it in the pan as is, uncooked, or fry it up to cook it a little. I always fry it up a little then put it in.

Prepare the stuffing as directed and melt butter into it for flavor if desired. And if using bullion cubes, bowl water and cubes til dissolved.

In other bowl, mix the 2 cans of soup, broth and if applicable, sour cream, cheese, chicken and veggies. Or you can pour this mix onto top of chicken pieces.

Pour into pan and mix in a little of the stuffing then layer top with rest of stuffing.

Bake at 400° covered with foil for 15 minutes then you can remove foil if desired and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
